T1012: Theme changes a token type

Cause

A theme gives a token a different $type than the base does.

What you see

ERROR  T1012  dark.tokens.json  primary
  Theme "dark" sets "primary" to type "number", but the base type is "color".
  Run `tessera explain T1012` for details.

Fix

Keep the type the base declares; only the value changes in a theme.
