T1017: Cannot read the import

Cause

An import could not read what it was given: a file that is not JSON, or a DTCG Resolver document that names a file that was not provided or a set or modifier it does not have.

What you see

ERROR  T1017  tokens.resolver.json
  The resolver refers to "colors.json", which was not provided.
  Pass the file as well, or import the resolver file itself so the files it names are read.
  Run `tessera explain T1017` for details.

Fix

Check the path. tessera tokens import reads the files a Resolver names from beside it, so keep them together.
